Solid plant, slow support
I bought a Rubber Tree and a ceramic planter. The plant itself is very healthy and the planter is stylish. The packaging was careful, and it arrived without any soil spillage. However, I had an issue with tracking information not updating for a couple of days, and when I contacted customer service, it took them almost two full days to get back to me. The plant is great, but better communication or quicker response times for support would make the experience perfect.
